In addition to the overarching strategy development for a potential IPO, the advisory scope included the development of a dedicated IPO strategy for a NASDAQ listing, the structuring of the legal framework for a SPAC, and an intensive fundraising process including targeted outreach to investors worldwide.
The successful negotiations resulted in the conclusion of a business combination agreement.
